OEC met 50th anniversary of establishment in April, 2016. We have corresponded to social changes accurately, and have secured sound management. 50 years ago, computer was just a tool for calculation. But now, AI and IoT have creative power to make systems of any fields rich. So we're now researching and developing AI and IoT systems aggressively. We're also challenging to change social systems of tourism, agriculture and the others we have not experienced.
To respond to customers' various needs, (1)to develop human resources (2) to communicate with stakeholders (3) to innovate largely are necessary. April, 2018 we started medium-term management plan, called 'Challenging Innovation'. We build new business models forward, (1)changing from competition to co-creation, (2)enhancement of system development skills and (3)contribution to regional economies in mind.
