The IWSC is the world's largest and most influential international spirit awards.It is a crafted sweet potato shochu that uses a traditional wooden distiller.And it is made from the “purple” sweet potato that has aromas like a red wine. These give aromas including red-fruit, cashew nuts, buttered popcorn and a touch of earl grey tea, and the long sweetness.
