The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) is pleased to announce the participation of five companies in the Japan pavilion at Globe 2012. They represent a growing number of Japanese companies that, through their commitment to developing innovative sustainable technology, have strengthened Japan's reputation as the world’s most energy-efficient and sustainable economy.

These five environmental leaders will showcase cutting-edge technology in the fields of wastewater treatment, energy saving, environmental protection, and air purification.

Meidensha CorporationTo other site. Meidensha has developed a ceramic membrane which has the ability to filter industrial wastewater including oil, solvents and other chemicals. Their ceramic membrane can withstand operations at high temperatures and the durability enables a simplified pretreatment system. The product is easily rotated out of service because of the small footprint and daily maintenance and associated costs are reduced or eliminated due to automated backwash and online cleaning.
