Hack Osaka is the largest international innovation conference in the Kansai region, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, students, and local governments from around the world. It has been held annually since 2013 and provides participants with the opportunity to interact with innovative players in the startup ecosystem.

With the Kansai region - the second largest economy in Japan - as its base, Hack Osaka 2024 will play on the regions many strengths, such as its robust life science hub and proximity to its Asian neighbours. This year's event will be held in Osaka, with the Invitation Program tentatively set to run from 25th November to 29th November.

6 startups globally from our Invest Japan and J-Bridge programs will be selected and invited to Japan to attend Hack Osaka, network with local companies, and have one-on-one business meetings facilitated by JETRO. JETRO will sponsor one visa for one person and cover accommodation fees for the duration of the program. More details can be found in the flyer below.
