On Monday 20/08/2018, JETRO Sydney held the event, Premium Japanese Food Showcase. 20 Japanese companies from all over Japan visited Sydney for this special occasion.

   

Invited business guests were able to have 1 on 1 business discussions with the companies, tasting of various food stuffs including Japanese wagyu, and enjoy a culinary workshop with special guest chefs Mr Adam Liaw and Mr Hideo Dekura.

  

For the first time in over 17 years, guests were able to sample authentic Japanese Wagyu in Australia, freshly imported from Japan.
