Kuramoto Suisan delivers live and fresh fish from Kagawa and the Seto Inland Sea throughout Japan in all four seasons.
We have a processing plant where fresh marine products can be unloaded right off the ship, and we have a thorough hygiene management system to ensure the safety and security of our products.
The processing plant is designed to process and freeze all kinds of marine products,
The processing plant is equipped with the latest large-scale freezing equipment (including new "CAS" freezers that do not destroy cellular tissue) and seawater flake ice machines, with a view to processing and freezing all kinds of marine products.
We will continue to develop products that match market needs, while at the same time taking advantage of our company's uniqueness and strengths.
Division Introduction
Live Fish & Fresh Fish Department : Delivering fresh live fish and fresh fish to central wholesale markets, food service industries, and supermarkets throughout Japan.
Delivery Department : To local restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
Fisheries and Aquaculture Department : Catch and cultivate various fish from the Kagawa Seto Inland Sea.
Seafood Processing Department : Processing seafood products while the fish are fresh at a convenient location where they can be unloaded right off the ship.
Internet Business Department : We sell processed marine products mainly on "Rakuten", but also on "amazon", "Yahoo!","Furusato Tax Site"
International Business Division : Overseas import/export and overseas investment, mainly in China and Hong Kong.
