We mainly produce non-additive retort pouch curry. Our philosophy is to spread the joy of eating to everyone around the world, with a focus on providing safe food in a stable manner to prevent troubles involving additives, religion, allergies, aging, and hunger. We have always hired foreign talent and even have a Malaysian executive.Sales involves customer interviews and planning and providing support until commercialization by working with the production team, so is rewarding for those who like working from the ground up. Production management involves procurement and adjusting schedules with the production site for each plan.Proficiency in Japanese and English because international cooperation is required for both positions.Regional expo opportunities are appealing, as they allow you to blend with the region and interact with customers. *A 2-week intern at our head office after the interview will confirm your compatibility with the company (residence in Japan recommended).

Nichiin Food Creative is a food production company that mainly produces non-additive retort pouch curry.
Our products consist of two pillars: OEM (original equipment manufacturer) products that are developed to fit the customers' brand; and NB (national brand) products, which are products from our brand that include gluten free, additive free, and vegan items.
Our advantage is that we procure our spices by directly purchasing them overseas, allowing us to create fragrant curry. Furthermore, as stated in our corporate philosophy, we value the development of products that meet the needs of various people.
Our products can be found in Japan and are exported to 8 countries including the U.S., China, and Singapore. We also established a subsidiary in Malaysia, where we are currently making efforts to expand business
