Deburring is primarily a hard labor task that is not automated and has been a big challenge for monozukuri companies.
However, we succeeded in producing an automated product that uses ultrasonic waves to remove burrs and offering one-of-a-kind products that eliminate processes with hard labor to leading manufacturers in Japan and manufacturing companies around the world.
The labor force is expected to steadily shrink due to a declining population. We will continue to deliver the unique products we develop to many companies around the world in order to enhance their productivity and provide an environment that allows growth to be achieved even in the face of a declining population.
