Foreign talent can play many roles at our company, like on-site management of the increasing number of Technical Interns and Specified Skilled Workers from Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam. With the industry's computerization, the younger digital native generation will also promote the adoption of new machinery and software. We are engaged in civil engineering with a focus on public construction and construction work subcontracted from super general contractors.
With a history of 105 years, we are one of the oldest companies in the industry in Kagawa Prefecture. Much of the work focuses on road construction, river and mountain disaster prevention/recovery, and lake and waterworks construction, which is a crucial infrastructure for the citizens of Kagawa, who often experience water shortages.
Compared to others in the industry, our company has many young employees. We train highly skilled human resources like construction management engineers and work on-site with a focus on coaching.
Our current work is focused on projects at the municipal and prefectural levels, but we are aiming to take part in large-scale projects commissioned by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
