We are a metal die design & manufacturing company headquartered in Tokyo, with offices in Japan and overseas. Since our founding in 1948, we have been honing our technological capabilities with major automobile manufacturers as our customers, but we are also actively embarking on new business fields so as to adapt to the shift to electric vehicles and automated driving.
The main design job for which we are recruiting will be the core of a team consisting of sales, design, and manufacturing. This is a creative and challenging job, in which we use 3D CAD to draw blueprints, manufacture products, and assemble products, all of which are custom-made so as to realize our customers' needs. New ideas are often required, and the diverse perspectives of our multinational staff allow us to create things that meet our customers' needs.

We have a history of over 70 years as a well-established metal die design & manufacturing company. With our core business of designing and manufacturing blow-molding and injection-molding metal dies, we not only make proposals to companies from the development and design stages, but we also provide production engineering services for blow-molding and injection-molding. Thanks to our skilled technology and our facilities capable of handling large products, we have many customers-mainly major global companies such as TOYOTA and HONDA.
In addition, we have recently received a number of new orders, as well as orders from existing clients, through our digital PR initiatives. Many of these new customers have unique requirements, and we develop products to meet their needs via made-to-order production. We continue to strive for further growth, aiming to become the company of choice as the best partner for plastic product development.
Two new plants are scheduled to be built-the Fukuoka Plant in 2021 and the Kanto Plant in 2025-and we have showcased our business throughout Japan. Furthermore, we are aiming to expand overseas, particularly in ASEAN countries.
