We are developing the "eVTOL," which is an electric aircraft that can take off and land vertically anywhere you want, just like a helicopter or drone. Although the company is new, founded in 2018, it is the first Japanese company to obtain an eVTOL test flight permit from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Working at our company requires an engineer's knowledge and experience in areas such as network construction, communication system development, structural design, and aircraft assembly. Purchasing materials for research and participating in domestic and international tech events are recognized as part of the job. Japanese proficiency must be at N1 level, or N2 level with the goal of achieving N1. Regarding English, the ability to read scientific papers in English is a mandatory requirement. Overseas business trips are also part of the role, and we seek candidates who can adapt to that environment.
