We are developing the "eVTOL," which is an electric aircraft that can take off and land vertically anywhere you want, just like a helicopter or drone. Although the company is new, founded in 2018, it is the first Japanese company to obtain an eVTOL test flight permit from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Working for us requires the knowledge and experience of an engineer, including network construction, communications system creation, structural design, and airframe assembly. As part of work, new hires are allowed to purchase materials for research and to participate in domestic and international tech events. Any level of Japanese is acceptable as long as new hires are willing to learn. On the other hand, a willingness to learn business English is a prerequisite, as daily work involves communication with overseas offices. In addition, there is a high frequency of overseas business trips, and we prefer candidates who can handle this environment.
