We are a chassis system manufacturer for suspension systems used in automobiles and motorcycles. We mainly manufacture automotive mounting parts (front and rear subframes, etc.), suspension parts (lower arms, rear axle beams, etc.), and control parts (brakes, accelerators, and clutch pedals, etc.). Our products are not only functional but also play a role in making driving more enjoyable for our customers in terms of steering stability, ride comfort, sound, and vibration.
Our first strength is integrated production capability, encompassing everything from design, prototype creation, and the testing of a variety of products all the way through to mass production. Through integrated production, we can provide products that are overwhelmingly competitive in the market in terms of quality, lightness, and cost, and we can do this faster than competitors.
Taking advantage of these strengths, our products have been adopted by many Japanese and overseas automobile manufacturers such as Honda Motor Co., Ltd., Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., and General Motors Company.
Our second strength is our stamping process technology. The company started out by making tinplate toys and has since utilized its technology to expand business to motorcycles and automobiles. For our stamping, we also manufacture dies in-house, so as to handle a variety of product shapes.
