We engage in specialized foundation works, design bridges, steel structures, and construction machinery, conduct structural calculations, production implementation, general civil engineering, and machinery, equipment, and facility works. We have Highly-Skilled Foreign Professionals and Technical Intern Trainees from China and Indonesia. We donate to high schools in Burma and teach civil engineering technology, and plan on hiring graduates there. Japanese technicians are declining due to a low birthrate, so foreign technicians will play an important role. We are creating an institute to train foreign talent. We need interpretation and management talent for multilingual support to train Burmese employees and Vietnamese Technical Intern Trainees. We have dormitories, provide lifestyle support, and offer training programs for our foreign talent. Our Japanese staff are used to working with foreign talent and use simple Japanese to communicate, making it a very pleasant workplace.

We engage in specialized foundation works, design bridges, steel structures, and construction machinery, conduct structural calculations, production implementation, general civil engineering, and machinery, equipment, and facility works. As pioneers of foundation works, we challenge ourselves to many difficult projects. Our advanced technical skills used to drill through hard bedrock are top-class in Japan. Our technology is used in various structures throughout Japan, including the Shin-Tomei Expressway, where we built a road for construction work (temporary pier). Our technological prowess has been praised even in the Reiwa era, with awards like the Shikoku Industrial Technology Grand Award, the award of excellence for innovative technology. Recently, we have been involved in more projects overseas in areas like Burma, Pakistan, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Uganda. We also sell machines in the Philippines and Cambodia. We plan to continue actively expanding overseas.
