We are a company that believes that the construction industry can be much more attractive and exciting by easing the workload of site supervisors, who are constantly suffering of insufficient manpower. Due to this business scheme, application is limited to those with educational background of construction and civil engineering at university.
All of our employees are treated equally, regardless of whether they are Japanese or of foreign origin. Personnel from foreign countries are hired as full-time employees and receive the same salary and other benefits as Japanese employees. Furthermore, they are evaluated based on the same evaluation criteria.
Currently, employees from the Philippines, Thailand, and Myanmar are working at our company. We plan to hire more people from foreign countries in the future.
We support those who have studied construction abroad but do not speak Japanese. Don't miss the chance to apply to our original "Foreign Human Resources Support Program", a student fund for studying Japanese at a language school in Japan. The loaned funds are to be repaid after graduation while working at our company. Currently, one person from the Philippines is taking advantage of this program.

Construction Athlete business
Construction Assistant business

We have two major business divisions in our company. Many people of foreign origin are active in both divisions.
The first is the Construction Athlete business. We dispatch our Construction Athletes; site supervisors to major general contractors. They are hired by our company as a permanent employee and work at construction sites of major general contractors. Recently, in addition to knowledge of CAD, BIM operating skills are also required, and working conditions are improving. We are expecting many people from Myanmar to work with us in the near future.
The second is the Construction Assistant business.
There are many documentation tasks at construction sites in Japan nowadays. As a result, the workload of Japanese site supervisors is enormous. Therefore, we propose and offer outsourcing of these tasks, such as preparing documents and revising drawings using CAD and BIM, to major general contractors. As with Construction Athletes, Construction Assistants are hired as regular employees of our company. We have many people working in our office who prefer construction document work in the office to management work on the construction site. Currently we work with Filipino workers, and many Myanmar employees are to follow soon.
