| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ITO Kazumi, Director General, Kyushu Defense Bureau, Ministry of Defense ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 27 ⑶ Subject matter of the contract : Purchase and Installation of automatic aircraft sound level meters ⑷ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜ Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting. ⒝ Have Grade A, B or C on "Sale of goods" or "Offer of services, etc." in the Kyushu/Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) valid for the fisical year in which the tender is conducted. (In the case of a person who has filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act, the person must have obtained a new grade classification after the commencement of such proceedings.) ⒞ The person who is not being under suspension of nomination by the Ministry of Defense. ⒟ Pursuant to the preceding item, not be a person who has a capital or personnel relationship with a person who is currently subject to suspencion of nomination and who intends to enter into a contract with the Ministry of Defence for the sale or manufacture of goods, or the offer of services, of the same type as those of the said person. ⒠ In principle, subcontracting to a person who is currently subject to suspencion of nomination shall not be permitted.
