⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② have Grade A, B, or C in terms of the qualifications for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026, 2027.
③ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
④ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in.
⑤ satisfy the requirements set forth in the procurement specifications under "6. Requirements for the Contractor" and "7. Requirements on Confidentiality, etc."
