| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Taishi Yamamoto, Director of the Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Procurement suppurt work related to renewal of contract inspection management system ⑷ Delivery period : From the day after the contract is conluded until November 30 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② In the Cabinet Office's qualification for competitive bidding (unified qualification for all ministries and agencies) for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027, bidders must be certified as B or C for "software development" in the Kyushu and Okinawa region under "provision of services, etc." ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director of the Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening. ④ Possess the necessary organization, personnel, and facilities for the smooth and continuous execution of this business. ⑤ Candidates must have the relevant knowledge necessary to carry out the work, sufficient evaluation and analytical skills, and project management skills.
