| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Taishi Yamamoto, Director-General of Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, Cabinet Office. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 16 ⑶ FY 2025-2029 LED road lighting set for lease within South National Highway Office, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 10 March, 2026 through 31 March, 2030 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A or B or C or D on "provision of services" in the Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ③ The submitter of the application form must be an individual company or a consortium that meets the qualifications set out in the bidding instructions. ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Okinawa General Bureau, from Time limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening. ⑤ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system. ⑥ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Cabinet Office is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 12 : 00 28 January, 2026 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 12 : 00 6 March, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Administration Division, Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, 2-1-1 Omoromachi, Naha city, Okinawa prefecture, 900-0006 Japan, TEL 098-866-0031 (ex. 2526, 2527) |
