| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Oomi Kenichi Director of the General Affairs Department, Chiba Labour Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 6 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Purchase unit price contract of copier paper. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : Chiba Labor Bureau other. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures, Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have Grade A, B or C, on "Sale of goods" in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. ⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. ⑥ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about (ⅴ) and (ⅵ)) for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid : (ⅰ) Welfare annuity insurance (ⅱ) Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over) (ⅲ) Seamen's insurance (ⅳ) National pension (ⅴ) Worker's compensation insurance (ⅵ) Unemployment insurance ⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obrigating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑺ time-limit for tender 9 : 15, 17 February, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kanda, Two Accounting Section, General affair Department, Chiba Labor Bureau, 4-11-1 Chuo Chuo-ku Chiba city, Chiba Pref 260-8612 Japan (TEL 043-221-4311) |
