| Summay of notice | ⑴ Deputy Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ANDO Yoshinori, Director of Tokyo Local Finance Office, Kanto Local Finance Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 75, 78 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Facility management operations at Yushima Local Common Government Building. ⑷ Service period : From 1 April, 2026 through 31 March, 2029. ⑸ Service place : Yushima Local Common Government Building. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 10 of the Public Service Reform Act (not with standing paragraph 11). ② Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have grade "A", "B" or "C" in "Provision of services" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu district, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). ⑺ Submitting time-limit of proposal : 17 : 00 9 February, 2026. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 20 February, 2026. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : MOTEGI Hiroshi, Person in charge of Common Government Bldg management, Administration Section, Tokyo Local Finance Office, Kanto Local Finance Bureau, 4-6-15 Yushima, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, 113-8553 JAPAN.
