Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the Procuring entity : Noda Naoki, Director of the General Coordination Department, Fukuoka Labour Bureau.

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity supply at 19 branches of Under Fukuoka Labour Bureau (18 institution). : About 1,934,724kWh Electricity
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027
⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Director of the General Coordination Department
⑹ Qualification for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
① Have Grade "A, B or C on sale of product" in the Kyushu-Okinawa Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health,Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025, 2026 and 2027 ;
② Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ;
③ Not be currently under a nomination stop as instructed by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare ;
④ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ;
⑤ Do not perform business that violates the provisions of the Commercial Code and other laws and regulations ;
⑥ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ;
⑦ Participate in social insurance, etc. (Ministry of Labour and Welfare pension insurance, health insurance, seamen insurance, national pension, labour accident insurance, employment insurance), and there is no delinquency in insurance premiums. (However, excluding those who are not obligated to join) ;
⑧ Not recieve administrative deposition by violation of Ministry of Healh, Labour and Welfarelaws and ordinances within the past one year ;
⑨ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ;
⑩ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are statedfrom the viewpoint of reducing CO ;
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 10 : 00 AM, 6 February,2026.
