| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KOJIMA Ippei, Warden of the Fukuoka Prison ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity supply contract for use at Fukuoka Prison and Iizuka Detention Branch. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A, B or C in "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Have Permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑤Be satisfied with the qualification requirements which Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ; ⑥Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications, registered on the list of qualified bidders, and considered to have their levant grade. ⑺ Time limit for receipt of application : 17 : 00, 9 January 2026 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 10 : 30, 15 January 2026 (Tenders submitted by mail : 17 : 00, 14 January 2026) ⑼ Contact point for the notice : MASUNAGA Masatsugu, Supply Section, Fukuoka Prison, 6-1-1 Syoujidakeminami, Umi-machi, Kasuya-gun, Fukuoka 811-2126, Japan, TEL 092-932-0395 ext. 1203 |
