⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A)not come under Section 1 and 2 of Article 13 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for the National Women's Education Center. Furthermore, minors, person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B)have Grade A, B, C or D in "offer of services Etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Unified Qualification for Participating in Tendering Procedures) in the fiscal year 2025.
C)not be currently under a suspension of subsidy or business order by National Government and Independent Administrative Institutions etc.
D)meet other qualifications specified in the tender manual.
