| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : ITO Kazumi, Director General, Kyushu Defense Bureau, Ministry of Defense ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 28, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be rent : Lease and maintenance of the automatic telephone switchboard ; 1 set. ⑷ Rent period : From April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2030. ⑸ Rent place : Kyushu Defense Bureau and Nagasaki Defense Branch. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ⒜ Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
