| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Wada Masahiro, General Affairs Department Manager, Saga Labor Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 17 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Saga Labor Bureau Government Vehicles Leasing (FY2025-FY2029) ⑷ Lease term : From April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2030 ⑸ Fulfillment place : The place specified by the general affairs department manager ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures, Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① The person does not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Accounting and Auditing Act. In addition, minors, persons under guardianship, or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for entering into a contract fall under the provisions of the same Act when there are special reasons. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ④ Have Grade "A, B or C in the offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations related to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025, 2026 and 2027. ⑤ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about) for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid : (ⅰ) Welfare annuity insurance (ⅱ) Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over) (ⅲ) Seamen's insurance Seamen's insurance (ⅳ) National pension National pension (ⅴ) Worker's compensation insurance (ⅵ) Unemployment insurance ⑥ Those who are deemed not to have stated any false facts in the qualification examination application form or attached documents ⑦ Those whose business situation or creditworthiness is not deemed to have deteriorated significantly ⑧ A person who is not conducted business in violation of the provisions of the Commercial Code or other laws and regulations. ⑺ Time limit for tender : September 17, 2025, 12 : 00 a.m. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Saga Labor Bureau, General Affairs Department, General Affairs Division, Accounting Section 1, Matsuo, Saga Second Joint Government Building, 4th floor, 3-3-20 Ekimae Chuo, Saga City, Saga Prefecture, 840-0801 Japan.
