It should be noted that minors, persons under partial assistance or persons under limited assistance that have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract shall be regarded as falling under the category of "special reasons" as stipulated in the same article. ② The applicant shall have Grade "A", "B", or "C" for the "Provision of Services, etc." under the JFY 2025 to JFY 2027 unified qualification for competition participation for all ministries and agencies, including Ministry of Defense, and shall hold valid qualification for participating in competitions in the Kanto and Koshinetsu region. For those who have filed a petition for commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999), the applicant shall be regraded as above after the decision to initiate the procedures. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00, 22 September, 2025 How to submit : Electronic procurement system ⑻ Period of submission of application documents, etc. Submission period : From the day of public notice to September 12, 2025.
