| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 24 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : High-Resolution Mass Spectrometer 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The analyzer must adopt a quadrupole time-of-flight (QTOF) system equipped with ion mobility separation mechanisms. B The ionization system must include Electrospray Ionization (ESI), and to allow measurement of unstable samples, the spray needle should not be charged with voltage. C For improved maintenance, the ESI system must employ an orthogonal configuration. D The system must support Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization (MALDI) and allow analysis using both ESI and MALDI with software-based switching. E To acquire high-speed, high-quality, and highly sensitive data, the laser used for MALDI must be a solid-state laser adjustable in the range of 1 to 10,000 Hz. F A post-ionization mechanism utilizing a two-stage laser irradiation process must be provided. G The ion mobility separation mechanism must calculate Collision Cross-Section (CCS) values. H The system must enable imaging mass spectrometry analysis through ion mobility separation, allowing the separation of isomers from each other and target peaks from noise peaks. I The mass accuracy of the system must be within 0.8 ppm (with internal standards) and 2 ppm (with external standards). J The mass resolving power must be 60,000 or greater (measured by full width at half maximum). K To reduce sensitivity loss during analysis, the capillary in the ion introduction section must be made of glass. L To minimize mass errors caused by temperature fluctuations, the system must have a mechanism that uses a chiller for control. M The system must not require liquid helium for maintenance or operation. ⑸ Time limit for the submission of the requested material : 17 : 00 27 January, 2025 ⑹ Contact point for the notice : WADA Tetsuaki, Accounting Division, Hamamatsu University School of Medicine, 1-20-1 Handayama Chuo-ku Hamamatsu city 431-3192 Japan, TEL 053-435-2553 |
