| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroaki Uemura, Director of General Coordination Department, Fukushima Labour Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : "Contract of Electricity to be used in the eight sections of Fukushima labor bureau" ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : The place of specified by the Director of the General Coordination Department ⑹ Qualifications for Participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. ④ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. ⑤ Have Grade "A, B or C in the Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organization related to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2022, 2023 and 2024. ⑥ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums (2 insurance year about (ⅴ) and (ⅵ)) for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid : (ⅰ) Welfare annuity insurance (ⅱ) Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over) (ⅲ) Seamen's insurance (ⅳ) National pension (ⅴ) Worker's compensation insurance (ⅵ) Unemployment insurance ⑦ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 1 : 00 PM 6 February 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : General Affairs Division, General Affairs Department, Fukushima Labor Bureau, 5-46 Hanazono-cho, Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture 960-8513 Japan TEL 024-536-0077 |
