| Summay of notice | 1.Procurement Contents ⑴ Classification Number : 42 ⑵ Name of Business : Revision of technical standards for UR rental housing ⑶ Specifications of procurement project : As per specifications. ⑷ Performance period : From the day after the contract is concluded to October 30, 2026. 2.Eligibility to participate in the competition ⑴ A single company or design consortium that meets the following requirements. In the case of a design consortium, all members must meet the requirements for ⑵, ⑶, ⑷ and ⑸ below, and the representative of the joint venture must meet the requirements for ⑹ and ⑺. The bidder must be certified by the General Affairs Department Director of the Head Office as a bidder qualified as a bidder for this work as a design consortium. ⑵ The applicant does not fall under the provisions of Articles 331 and 332 of the Urban Renaissance Agency Accounting Implementation Detailed Rules. ⑶ The applicant is eligible to participate in general competitive bidding for the fiscal year 2023-2024 land surveying, soil investigation, construction consulting, etc, in the eastern Japan region of the Agency, and has been certified as eligible to participate in competitive bidding in the industry category of "architectural design". ⑷ The applicant has not been subject to a suspension of bidding by the Agency for the area including the location of the performance of the work in question as a target area for measures during the period from the deadline for submission of the application for confirmation of competitive bidding and the documents for confirmation of competitive bidding to the time of opening of bids. ⑸ The applicant is not a person whose management is substantially controlled by an organized crime group or a gang member, or a person equivalent to such a group. ⑹ The applicant has a track record of receiving and completing the same or similar work since 2014.
