| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Ryouji Tuzaki, Director of the General Coordination Department, Kanagawa Labour Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : About 1,687,200kWh Electricity ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2024 to 31 March, 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : Refering instruction for the proposed tender ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : 1 not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. 2 have Grade A, B or C on "sale of products." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, which is single qualification for every ministry and agency, in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. 3 prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. 4 prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. 5 have registered as an electricity retailer in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. 6 have to satisfy "the condition about the coefficient of carbon dioxide emissions and the situation of the action to reduce the load of the environment" (Environmental Consideration Contract Law, Law No. 56 of 2007) 7 meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. 8 Those who are covered by Social Insurance and are not delinquent on Social Insurance premium. 9 Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 AM, 4 March, 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Jinba Ryousei, Second Accounting Section, General Coordination Division, General Coordination Department, Kanagawa Labour Bureau, 5-57 Kitanakadoori Naka Ward Yokohama City Kanagawa Prefecture 231-8434 Japan TEL 045-211-7350 |
