| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Radiology Information System 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Rent ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The Radiology Information Management System (RIS) exchange patient information, reservation information, order information and so on with hospital information system (HIS). B To achieve the improvement of efficiency of the work of Radiology Department. C To secure security capability by the staff management using a user logon function. D To include a function to manage the medical equipment. E To including a function to manage the radiation dose. F The system enables integration with the medical equipment management system and radiation dose management system, allowing web-based access and operation of the management systems on the RIS terminal. G To cooperate with existing PACS system, radiology reporting system, ultrasound reporting system, radiation dose management system, moving image server and medical practice support management system. H The ability to perform data aggregation and extraction on accumulated data in RIS based on user-specified conditions and fields. I To perform data shift of existing RIS. J RIS can operate consecutively for 365 days for 24 hours, and be the structure which can perform duties by a minimum operative limit for the HIS system troubles. K To be the expansion of the function. The system can support to a demand after RIS introduction. L The Radiation Therapy Information Management System (RTRIS) exchange patient information, reservation information, order information and so on with hospital information system (HIS). M To take in treatment plan information (DICOM RT Plan), a treatment image by the connection with the treatment plan system. N The transmission of patient information and the reception desk information to medical treatment equipment, the reception of the irradiation result information (DIOCM RT Record) from medical treatment equipment being possible by connection with the medical treatment equipment. O To include a WEB function to enable reference of the treatment information from other systems. P Accumulation data count, JASTRO count and extraction being possible on fixed form book vote connection and the condition that they appointed optionally by a use blotter, treatment duties including the direction availability. Q To include DICOM RT-Server function. R To perform data shift of existing RTRIS.
