| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be pro-cured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Patient monitors 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Delivery period : March 31, 2024 ⑸ Required conditions : ① Propose an update plan that can smoothly update the PHILIPS patient monitors (MP30, IntellivueMP50, IntellivueMP70) currently in use and maintain and carry out operations ② In consideration of patient transport, electrocardiogram, respiration, SpO2, non-invasive blood pressure, open blood pressure, and body temperature are integrated as one module, and the data can be transferred to the destination bedside monitor as moving data at the time of patient transportation ③ Vital data from the patient information monitor must be imported into the existing critical care department system, hospital information management system, and integrated database ④ It is possible to support online connection with the existing critical care department system, and it is also possible to automatically transmit alarm waveform information. In the case of a new connection, all network costs and gateway costs related to this specification connection must be included in the cost ⑤ The central monitor shall have a function to store the event list and search for more than 90 days for auditing alarm and event information ⑥ The patient ID can be read by a barcode reader and the patient's name can be linked to the central monitor and the patient information monitor. Cooperate with each HIS system necessary for this purpose ⑦ Information on the central monitor can be accessed from an existing HIS terminal using a Web browser. The web browser also has Internet Explorer 11, but it must also support the latest version of Microsoft Edge ⑧ Comply with the National Cerebral and Cardiovascular Center Information Security Policy ⑨ Comply with guidelines such as the "Guidelines for the Safety Management of Medical Information Systems" ⑩ If the device emits radio waves, check the handbook issued by the Radio Environment Council and take necessary measures.
