| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 24 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance high-resolution mass spectrometry system 1 Set ⑶ Type of the procurement : purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry a Superconducting magnet should be equipped with the following functionalities ・Magnetic field should be higher than 12 T. ・The refrigerant of the superconducting magnet shall be liquid helium only. b Cryo cooling system ・To suppress the evaporation of liquid helium inside the magnet, it must have a cooling system. c Chiller system for cryo cooling ・It shall have a water-cooled chiller system for cryo-cooling. d Console system ・Has the function of converting frequency information detected from the ICR cell into m/z spectral information. e Mass spectrometry system ・The ICR cell detector must be cylindrical. ・Ion selection quadrupole, quadrupole collision cell, and hexode ion transfer mechanism in front of the ICR cell. ・The ion transport section shall have an ion funnel mechanism. ・The measured mass range must be m/z 100-10,000 or more. ・Mass resolution must be at least 2,000,000 (FWHM) resolution to Lincomycin (m/z 407) ・The mass accuracy must be 0.5 ppm or less in the internal standard method and 1.0 ppm or less in the external standard method. ・Install a noise cut transformer to prevent electrical noise interference. f Ion source system ・Electrospray ionization (ESI) can be used as an ionization system. ・The capillary of the ion introduction part must be made of glass material. ・Has a MALDI ion source and ESI and MALDI can be switched by changing the settings in the software. ・The number of laser shots used for MALDI must be at least 1,000 shots per second. g Nitrogen generator ・It shall have a nitrogen gas generator. h Data system for measurement analysis ・It shall have a data system for measurement and analysis. B LC/MS a LC ・The flow rate range should cover 0.1 to 2.00㎖/min. ・2-liquid high-pressure gradient system. ・The autosampler can be set at least 96 2 ㎖ vials. ・Column heaters must be up to 90℃. ・Comes with a UV detector compatible with wavelength ranges of 190 to 700 nm. ・The device must withstand 18000 psi (flow velocity of 1.0㎖/m). b MS ・Be a time-of-flight mass spectrometer. ・Data acquisition modes support full scan (MS), full scan and fragmentation (DIA). ・The mass range supports positive mode m/z 7000 and negative mode m/z 5000. ・The ion source is a two-step direct ion using method. c Data system for measurement analysis ・It shall have a control workstation. d Nitrogen generator ・It shall have a nitrogen gas generator.
