Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nagara Kenji, Director of Employment Insurance Division, Employment Security Bureau, Yamada Toshimitsu, Director of Worker's Compensation Administration Division, Labour Standards Bureau, Torii Youichi, the Obligating Officer, Director of Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
③ satisfy the Grade A, B, or C "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2019, 2020, 2021
④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents
⑤ prove neither the business conditions credibility is deteriorating
⑥ For bidders subject to the following insurance system and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums of labor insurance and Welfare annuity insurance, Health insurance, Seamen's insurance or National pension (2 insurance year for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid)
⑦ Do not go out of Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare about duties during a period taking a nomination stop.
⑧ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑺ Time-limit for Tender : August 16, 2021.
