Summary of notice Summary
This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are
conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who are unable to use
this service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the
ordering party.
(1) Nature and quantity of the products to be procured:
Antifreeze Agent (sodium chloride)
Quantity 1,156,000 kg
(2) Delivery term:
From 1 November 2026 through 31 March 2027
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 18 September 2026 through
15 October 2026
(excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents: 4:00 p.m. 16 October 2026
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 21 October 2026.
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
1:30 p.m. on 29 October 2026 at the Bidding Room (1F of the Annex
Building of the Gifu Prefecture Hida Government Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00
p.m. on 28 October 2026.)
