(1)(a): From the date of contract through 27 December 2024
(1)(b): From 1 October 2024 through 30 September 2029
(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:
Every day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from 9 August 2023 through 4
September 2023 (excluding weekends and national holidays)
(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant
documents:
5:00 p.m. 5 September 2023
Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 13 September 2023
(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:
The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at
10:20 a.m. on 21 September 2023 at the Meeting Room 2A (2F of the
Gifu Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
(Tenders submitted by mail must be received by 5:00 p.m. on 20 September
2023.)
