Summary (1) Project Name: Tenmei School Zone's Integrated Compulsory Education School Facility Construction Project (2) Project Overview: Based on the "Fundamental Plan for the Tenmei School Zone's Integrated Compulsory Education School" formulated in December 2022, the four elementary schools in the Tenmei School Zone (Nakamidori ES, Zendomo ES, Okukoga ES and Kawaguchi ES) and Tenmei Junior High School will be combined into an integrated-type compulsory education school facility that will be constructed using the design and construction batch order procedure. (3) Project Location: 2146-1 Okukoga-machi, Minami-ku, Kumamoto City (4) Project Period: From the contracting day of the Design & Construction Work Contract until March 31st, 2029 (5) Bid Participation Document's Submission Period: From September 12 (Tuesday), 2023 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on September 19 (Tuesday), 2023. If you submit the documents by post, they must arrive by September 19, 2023. Furthermore, late or lost submission due to unforeseen circumstances, will not be considered. Please plan accordingly. (6) Proposal and Bid Submission Period: From November 20 (Monday), 2023 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on November 27 (Monday), 2023 When you submit the documents by post, they must arrive by November 27, 2023.
