Summary This procurement is a project where materials submission and bidding are conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who cannot use this service may submit bids in writing (hereinafter referred to as "paper bidding method") only with the approval of the ordering party. (1) Nature and quantity of the services to be procured: Construction, lease, maintenance, and management of the Document Management System. (2) Contract fulfillment period: (a) For the construction of the aforementioned system: From the date of the contract through 30 September 2025 (b) For the maintenance and management including equipment leasing: From 1 October 2025 through 30 September 2030. (3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation: Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 8 October 2024 through 28 October 2024 (excluding weekends and national holidays, and limited to the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture e-procurement system) (4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant documents: 5:00 p.m. on 29 October 2024 Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 7 November 2024. (5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders: (a) By electronic bidding system From 9:00 a.m. 4 December 2024 to 5:00 p.m. 10 December 2024 (limited to the operating hours of the Gifu Prefecture e-procurement system) (b) By paper bidding method The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. on 11 December 2024 at the Meeting Room (5F of the Gifu Prefectural Police Headquarters Building).
