We are pleased to announce Sake Month, a promotional initiative led by JETRO in collaboration with other Japanese government agencies. This celebration coincides with UNESCO's recent recognition of sake as an Intangible Cultural Heritage, highlighting its rich 2000-year legacy. This year, we focus on nine exceptional sake varieties, thoughtfully curated for the enjoyment of Ontarians.
