Main Speaker: Mr. Genichiro Ito, Legal Counsel

Mr. Ito is a Japanese-qualified lawyer based in Sydney. He has extensive experience and knowledge in relation to cross-border commercial transactions and regulatory advice for corporations including M&A advisory, commercial contract negotiation and drafting, and employment contracts, regulations and disputes which he acquired through working for global law firms in Tokyo and Sydney as well as for an investment company in Japan on secondment. He is passionate about assisting businesses aiming to enter into and/or expand their businesses in Japan as well as individuals in need of assistance in Japanese laws.
