Request for Proposal

GENERAL

1. Title: Lead Generation Project for JETRO Invest Japan and J-BRIDGE

2. Contract Period: From May 2026 (date of execution) to March 25th, 2027

3. Application Deadline: 12:00 (EDT) April 17th, 2026

4. Proposal Content: As written in the attached specification document (Attachment I).

INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS

1. Qualification requirements

a. Prospective candidate(s) engaged in the project must satisfy conditions stated in the

Specification (Attachment I).

b. NOT under the circumstances of being denied participation due to unethical and/or

unlawful activities by either JETRO or Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry

(METI) from previous procurement offerings.

2. Preparation before application

No oral, telephone, or facsimile will be accepted. All costs of preparation shall be borne by the

Applicants.

3. Delivery of Application

All Application materials shall be sent to the following e-mail address by 12:00pm (EDT) on April 17th, 2026.
