RFP : X-HUB TOKYO OUTBOUND SUPPORT PROGRAMME 2026 Germany Course

The Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Berlin Office is implementing an acceleration programme titled
“X-HUB TOKYO OUTBOUND SUPPORT PROGRAMME 2026 Germany Course” to support Japanese startups in expanding into the German and European markets.

JETRO invites qualified service providers to submit proposals to design and deliver this programme.

■ Programme Overview
This programme targets Japanese startups, mainly in DeepTech sectors, and supports their business development in Germany and Europe through market entry support, business matching, and Proof of Concept (PoC) creation.

Approximately 10 startups are expected to participate.

The programme consists of two phases: a preparation phase (Phase 1) and an on-site programme in Germany (Phase 2).

■ Scope of Work
For details of the scope of work, please refer to Attachment 1: Specifications.

■ Contract Period

The contract period will be from the contract start date until March 2027.

■ Application
Applicants are requested to submit a proposal.
Please refer to Attachment 2: Proposal Preparation Guidelines for details on how to prepare the proposal.
