Japan Pavilion at the BIOFACH 2020 in Nuremberg

The BIOFACH – the World´s Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food -will take place in Nuremberg, from February 12 to 15, 2020.
As in previous years, Japan will again be represented by a Japan Pavilion hosted by JETRO.
13 exhibitors will present a wide range of high-quality organic products like green tea, miso paste, soy sauce, yuzu products, soba noodles, and much more exciting news.
The theme of this year`s Pavilion is "Fermentation and Craftsmanship". The issue of fermentation is becoming more and more important for the German food market.
