Q: The registration confirmation mail has not been sent yet. Is my registration complete?

A: No. You must receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you don't receive a confirmation e-mail, please try the following:

  • Check the unsolicited or junk mail folder, into which the e-mail may be mistakenly categorized.
  • If you entered the wrong e-mail address, then go through the registration procedure again.
