Aiming to create livable environments
We are a construction company located in Fukui Prefecture, Japan. We have been hiring overseas personnel for construction management for several years, and we currently have people from Myanmar and China and Bangladeshi working for us. We are hiring on an ongoing basis, and a Thailand and Nepal will be joining us in FY2023. Construction sites involve some dangerous work, so we are looking for people who can communicate to some extent in Japanese and who will make the effort to understand what others are saying. In addition, those with engineering degrees from universities or other institutions or those who majored in civil engineering or architecture will find it easier to tackle the job. After joining the company, we would like new hires to start with surveying and photography methods, and while taking on the challenge of acquiring the necessary qualifications for the work, and in the future, we would like to entrust new hires with construction management duties. We would also be happy if new hires have the ambition to acquire first-class civil engineering/architectural construction management engineer certifications. We hope that those who wish to return to their home countries eventually will also fully acquire skills at our company and expand their career opportunities at home.

Using Specific Professional Knowledge'
Founded in 1951, we are a civil engineering and construction business located in Fukui Prefecture, Japan, dedicated to the safety of the local community, primarily within the prefecture.
Our main business is construction related to public works projects within the prefecture, but we also receive orders from major companies to work on dam and tunnel construction projects in and outside the prefecture.
We have about 100 workers, and our strength is that we can take on jobs that require quick turnaround and manpower. We also own about 50 pieces of construction equipment and have qualified personnel for each of them, so we have a wide range of work that we can handle. In addition, in times of emergency such as sudden natural disasters, we believe that we can contribute to the safety of communities by lending heavy equipment and offering other support.
In the future, we intend to make further contributions to protecting the safety of communities by focusing on maintenance and upkeep projects.
