We are a comprehensive engineering company in the field of civil engineering and construction. In addition to offices throughout Japan, we have an overseas business office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as we see the ASEAN countries as future markets with high economic growth rates and a lot of infrastructure demand.
In order to further increase the number of overseas projects that we have already completed, such as a high-speed railroad project in India and a new port project in Indonesia, we are looking for people who can work in Japan and then lead overseas projects at our Ho Chi Minh office in the future. Currently, five foreign nationals, including Vietnamese, are working at the company, and we are proud of our welcoming corporate culture.
After joining the company, new hires spend one month learning organizational understanding, business skills, and business manners, etc., followed by two months of on-the-job training in various departments, so as to gain an understanding of all our business processes.
In addition, since all work is done in Japanese, candidates must be able to communicate in Japanese and have majored in civil engineering or architecture, which are our business fields.

We are a comprehensive engineering company involved in civil engineering and construction, with our parent company, Oriental Consultants Holdings Co., Ltd., which is listed on the JASDAQ.
As experts in working in ground operations, groundwater, and buildings, we are engaged in the conservation of social infrastructure and in the creation of new business by: conducting geotechnical surveys toward preventing landslides and damage to river embankments as caused by heavy rains and earthquakes; designing and constructing countermeasures; and conducting maintenance management and repair design for aging railroad facilities and dams.
Our strength is that we can provide integrated one-stop services for a series of processes in the construction industry (surveying, planning, design, construction, and maintenance management). This has made it possible to respond quickly in the event of a disaster that requires rapid recovery. At our technical research center in Yamanashi Prefecture, Japan, we are also working on the development of new survey equipment on a daily basis in order to further advance the technical capabilities and experience that we have cultivated over the years.
