Stones possess a long-lasting eternity. Everyone has a memory of a stone. Using such stones, we sell products that meet the needs of people that, for example, want to watch over their descendants and create tranquil spaces.

In our open positions, new hires will spend a year involved in on-site learning focusing on stone processing and construction so as to gain a better understanding of stones. After that, they will be responsible for sales operations through domestic sales support and ordering. We currently have Vietnamese technical trainees and Chinese people working as local imports-handling staff.

In the future, we would like to hire and train about one overseas employee per year, and in the future, we hope to be able to entrust them with the management of each base team. We are looking for people that are fluent in English, in addition to their native language and Japanese, in order to expand our business globally.

Our “IyoAoishi,” which is a specialty of Ehime Prefecture, where our head office is located, is a very rare greenish-blue stone, and we feel that it has high potential to appeal to overseas markets. IYOSEKI handles a wide range of stones procured from Japan and overseas. We are widely known as a stone trading company that wholesales our "IyoAoishi," which is a prized natural stone representative of Ehime Prefecture, used in landscaping materials, gravestones, and construction materials throughout Japan. Our strength lies not only in sales, but also in proposing to customers what kind of place and for what purpose our stones should be used, in accordance with customer needs.

Our sales are centered on Japan, but we also do business in China, Taiwan, Europe, and the United States. We are considering exhibiting our products at exhibitions and establishing overseas subsidiaries with the aim of promoting aoishi stones around the world as a material for Japanese gardens, which are very popular these days, as well as for various monuments and for construction. We also produce designer furniture created from the combination of stones with different materials, such as Japanese paper and wood.

While sharing with many people our universal love of stones, along with their eternal nature, we are promoting the appeal of aoishi stones through a variety of applications beyond traditional gravestones, gardens, and monuments.
