| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazuyuki Nakagome, Director, Administration Department, National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be procured : Procurement of Infinium Japanese Screening Array-24 v1.0 Kit (288 samples) ⑷ Delivery period : 31, March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturing of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushinetsu Region ; ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00 A.M. 24 December, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry, 4-1-1, Ogawahigashimachi Kodaira-shi, Tokyo 187-8551, Japan.
