| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tsutomu Nagai, Vice President JAPAN SPORT COUNCIL ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Japan High Performance Sport Center. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April, 2027 through 31, March, 2028 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 2 and Article 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for JAPAN SPORT COUNCIL. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② have the Grade A or B on "sales of product" in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal year 2025, 2026, 2027 ③ have permission to be an Electricity Retailer with Article 2, Section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ④ Meet the criteria specified in the bidding instructions regarding carbon dioxide emission factors, the proportion of renewable energy electricity in the electricity supplied, and the disclosure of information on the energy mix and carbon dioxide emission factors. ⑺ Time limit of tender : 12 : 00 pm 19 January, 2027 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Takasugi, Finance Department, JAPAN SPORT COUNCIL 4-1 Kasumigaokamachi Shinjuku-ku Tokyo 160-0013 Japan TEL 03-5410-9140 |
