| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yasunori Mukai, Warden of the Asahikawa Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 16 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Complete Battery Replacement for Emergency Lighting Systems at Asahikawa Prison. ⑷ Delivery period : As specified in the specifications. ⑸ Delivery place : Asahikawa Prison. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
